USCIS Application Support Center

Application Support Center Locations

Application Support Centers (ASCs), provide services for collecting biometric data, typically after the submission of an application. ASCs do not accept direct application filings. The only service offered by ASCs after filing is the collection of biometrics for immigration benefit applications, which requires an appointment.

Applicants will receive notification of their ASC appointment through mail and should wait until they receive the notice. Below are the locations of the USCIS application support centers.

Appointments in Application Support Center

As USCIS handles your case, they may schedule an appointment for you at an ASC. It is crucial that you attend this appointment. Failure to appear can cause delays in your case, requiring certain processing steps to be repeated. Additionally, it may affect your eligibility for benefits and potentially result in the denial of your application or petition. If you are unable to make your appointment, our notice will provide alternative options and instructions.

If you are ill or experiencing any symptoms, we advise you to cancel and reschedule your USCIS appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled by USCIS without any penalties. Check your appointment notice to reschedule your appointment. Some examples of illnesses and symptoms include:

  • COVID-19
  • A cold or the flu
  • Fever or nausea
  • Severe headaches or body aches
  • Muscle or stomach pain, chest pain or difficulty breathing
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Active tuberculosis (TB)
