What Are the Steps to Apply for an H1 visa?
- An employer will need to submit a labor condition application to the U.S. Department of Labor
- An employer will submit Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, along with the labor condition application.
- Potential employees will need to apply for the U.S. visa and/or admission from outside the U.S once Form I-129 is approved.
